Free Autism Discussion Circle

Once a month, I host and facilitate a free, intentionally held online discussion circle for autistic adults on Zoom.

Each gathering centers on a specific topic or shared experience, with space for both new and returning participants to connect, reflect, and learn together. These circles are structured, gently moderated, and purposefully paced, not chaotic, not competitive, and never a free-for-all.

This container exists so everyone can participate with clarity, safety, and dignity, whether you’re sharing, listening, or just being present.

You’re welcome whether you are:

  • formally diagnosed

  • self-identified

  • questioning or exploring autism

You can come and go as topics resonate with you.

These circles are designed by and for autistic adults. Participation is fully flexible: cameras on or off, mic on or off, speak or simply listen. There is no pressure to perform, explain yourself, or show up in any particular way.

Self-identified autistic people are legitimate. Many autistic people never have access to formal diagnosis, and that reality is respected here.

These sessions are free and open to the autistic community.
They are not therapy and not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but they are a space for connection, affirmation, and shared understanding.
